I hate installing new door seals on Honda 600's. Both the sedans I
have owned and installed new seals on did the same thing. The doors
have to be slammed and are hard to open. One set I installed in 1981
on my Honda 600 PU. I had to adjust the doors away from the body or
leave the door latched on first click.
Last week I installed new OEM seals on my new Honda 600 Sedan PU and
have the same problem. I tried siliconing them, but the rubber
absorbed it and I hope the seals flatten soon!
