Those will be hard to find.  It might be easier to simply make some yourself.  That's what I'm planning to do with my honda.

Hey just to let you all know out there in Honda 600-ville. I will soon have an assortment of different interior items up for sale. Door panels, rear side panels, carpet kits, tool bags, E-brake covers, seat covers and fitted car covers. I worked in the upholstery and custom fabrication business for years and I'm in the process of setting up a shop as we speak. If for nothing else I will be able to take care of the needs of my two cars.
I would love some feed back on if people are looking for a more updated look or more of a stock look. I will most likely offer both cause I'm in the process of building out one stock and the other custom.
Thank you all

I already have all the interior seat upholstery (3 different styles two for the Sedan one for the Coupe) being made up, which includes both front and rear seats with the emergency brake handle.  The insert is a similar pattern that of the original but not exact, there is nothing available to patch the Honda Pattern.  Turn around time is a bit over a week and include instructions for installation.
Side panels are also in three different styles for the door covers, two for the Sedans and one for the Coupe.
They are pictured on the ANZhonda600owners Yahoo group site.  Contact me off group off more pictures and prices.
