does the 600cc engine in my sedan share any parts with the 600cc bike engine of the same era??{are they one in the same}

Honda 600 bikes didn't exist in 67-72. The largest twin at the time was the CB450. Perhaps the question is what bike parts fit on our cars? Honda's inventory system accesses all parts and if it's common to a Honda bike, it can be ordered through the Honda car dealer.
I once tried to order a jack handle rubber bit (for the fender), which was 'discontinued', but the parts guy found it in the bike inventory and fixed the crossreference and I got what I wanted.
Many times there are parts that are close, but unless you know, it won't show in inventory.
