Well I finally got out the sawzall and went to it. If the 72 Z600
was not so rusty I would have just fixed the 600cc engine. But since
it is RUSTY I decided to cut on it today and this is what I got done
in 3 hours in the shed. So far the only thing I have cut from the
car is the center floor hump so I can allow room for the VW hump. I
have added a few pix in the photo section named VW POWER in the
2cylinderhondas group ! I will add more as I go along. I have
decided to mount the rear torsion tube to the original leaf spring
mounts so it can be removed for service if needed later in life. The
front will be bolted too where the floor turns up at your feet. Man I
cant wait to pop the clutch and raise the front wheels off the
ground!!!.. I will be selling the orig. parts from the car that are
no longer needed after I get done.. Lemme know what you think.. Or
do I really want to know??? Sure I do.
