Interior door trim (plasitic)

I'm looking for the interior plastic trim pieces that goes just above the door card and below the window for my N600 . Does anyone have a set or know where to possibly get them?

You did a good job describing this part and it's location. I could use a pair also but have never seen them listed for sale online.

Is there something that people currently use in place of the factory plastic part?
