Miles, I have three 600's, and all have shoulder belts, and I hope to never be caught DEAD in one. I never drive my LITTLE CARS with out the shoulder belts. If your in an accident with out it, you haven't got a chance!!! The small movement restriction isn't worth a TOMBSTONE!!!
