Has anyone besides me ever dismantled an electric fuel pump for n600?
Any easy way to get the small spring and 2 nylon washer back on without them takin' off across the room?
I have 10 dead fuel pumps.

Re: Fuel Pumps
Miles,
I have not had that problem. Then, I have not had to go into the motor side of the unit, normally it is the bottom section that had to be replaced.
But I have a few that need new bottom section because the nipple is cracked or broken off.

Re: Fuel Pumps
Sorry about the confusion. I meant to say yes, I have dissembled a pump and now its useless!
The fuel pump on my TN360 is identical to the 600's
A disassembled pump came with my truck along with the leaky one installed. I attempted to disassemble and diagnose the leak. I gave up trying to repair it.
Lucky for me, I found a good used one and I have a driver again.

Re: Fuel Pumps
Are they the same as a Z pump? I took mine apart and re assembled correctly after a few tries.
