I put some energy suspension boots from my Opel on my Honda's tie rod ends and they work pretty good.
This company sell a one size fits all boot that works.

They are cheap and made of a good material.
Remove the tie rod end from the strut. Then just cut off the old damaged boot with a razor knife and put the new boot on. The small diameter fits great, the big end is loose but when you tighten up the nut it folds on itself and fits tight.

Cheap fix until we get the right boot.
