Me also! I think most surviving Honda 600's are in need of brake booster parts. So we need maybe 200-250 kits?

Re: 72 honda coupe brake booster rebuild kit or brake booster
I bought one on E-Bay and made one from the two I had.. I was able to replace the O-ring on the plunger. I think it will work the plunger seals were still fairly sharp and look like they could take pressure. I certainly would buy a kit if they were available. Cheers!!

brake booster parts and restoring a Honda!
It's only our braking system!
Nothing to worry about.
:O
I have 3 boosters and will also try to get one good unit.
Hey, I just figured out how we restore our Honda 600's!
Buy 2 or 3 and between all of them you might get enough parts to have one good one. Of course it will still have used & worn "Good" parts.
Old parts cars with usable parts are getting rare!
We probably should use new parts on the braking, steering and suspension.

Re: booster on ebay
I send my brake boosters to Karps in California to be rebuilt, not cheap for a rebuild however. Not sure if he could offer a kit as there are three different styles of boosters for the N600 and one for the Z600. Intenal parts could be interchangeable between the boosters also, Miles will know the answer to that question.

Re: booster on ebay
Yep, actually 4 different boosters. Search the archive messages for the complete scoop. I just repaired one for my blue coupe, I have lots of photos of the 4 I had to tear down to make 1 good one. 2 I had to throw away from corrosion - not repairable. The worst looking booster had the best diaphram in it.
The people who rebuild boosters wont sell their parts, I tried that 20 years ago. They want to sell rebuilds.
