TN360 Truck Parts

I have a friend who has a large lot of NOS TN360 parts including 3 new
crankshafts, new carbs, new pistons, new dashboard. Since they never
sold those trucks here or any 360's I don't know the demand so I don't
want to drop a load of cash to get stuck with the items. I am getting a
list and some pics soon.
The parts will not fit N or Z600 so don't even ask ! Can anyone
interested please email me *off group* and let me know who is
interested. The parts are in the USA but I can ship anywhere worldwide.

Hi Miles, the cranks will fit N360/LN360 with minor mods. I know this as I have done it. The TN crank runs in the opposite direction as it has reduction hubs from memory. Not certain about the pistons and carbs though, as I haven't checked, they may well do. Virtually none of the gaskets will fit but timing chain, rollers, valves and associated items will. The camshaft will not fit - or rather it does fit but the engine tries to suck from the exhaust and blow through the carb. Don't ask how I know. I'll tell you anyway - when I reassembled the engine I grabbed the wrong cam from my box of bits. Most/all of the electrical items will fit but the armature has no pin to locate the pulley for timing but can still be used successfully. The N360 armatures tend to fail by shorting to earth and are like rocking horse manure to find. Brushes are also becoming a scarce item and are the same
