Honda 600 Meet - September 6th

OK - It's Official -
I am hosting a Honda Car Meet at my home in Boulder Creek.
It has been many years since I have had one.
In the past the average turnout was 20 to 30 persons, but now with
the popularity of Yahoo Groups there should be many more attendees.
I have room for people who wish to spend the weekend, come in Friday
or
Saturday and leave on Sunday. I have limited space inside the house,
but
have room if people want to camp outside. There are also local camp
grounds
and possible lodging at 2 nearby hotels.

Hello,
I wish I could make it to the meet.  It would be great to meet one of the true gentlemen that supports Honda 600's and the people who love them.  Maybe next time I can make it.  In the mean time I am curious, if there is any interest in a meet in Rapid City, SD.  We could all take a drive up to Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse.  They are both less than 30 miles away.  There are other attractions too.  I think May or June might be best,  July and August are heavy tourist times.
Just an idea.

Are you forgeting the late May snowstorm? I was raised in Rapid,
and still have relatives living there and in Blackhawk.
For the uninitiated among you, the primary joke about South Dakota
is that it only has one season all year long. This is patently NOT
true, as we have TWO full seasons; Winter . . .
and August!
So, you don't want a bunch of 2 cylinder Hondas interfering with
bike month, I mean week? Sturgis being just up the road a piece, the
Summer months are probably out, but our Family Reunion is October 3rd
to 5th this year, and will be in Spearfish Canyon. Maybe I can get
away and drop by for a visit.

Hi Gang,
I also have plenty of campground at my house. I'm just up the road from Miles and I'm willing to let folks camp over at my place as well. I only have a 1 bedroom house so space inside is very limited. But I do have ample flat land for folks to pitch a tent on. The bathroom will of course be available for folks to use as well.
