Well I finally got the little darling started today. Don't know too
much as there is a pretty good hole in the muffler and was noisy. But I
thought I detected something that sounded like a slapping noise. Lifters ??
It wouldn't run long enough for me to get to carb to keep it running so as
to listen to it. Probably the carb solenoid had something to do with that.
Maybe tomorrow I can get someone to go up to the shop and crank it while I'm
under the hood so I can hear better. Maybe some day it'll roll down the
hiway. Pretty cotton pickin hot here in North Central Texas.
