i believe those are the whels off a honda del sol,from the spacing of
the wheels from the car looks like wheel adapters to me.

If anyone in this group bids on that car, be aware it is the Non Sychro
trans (unless someone changed it), has the older brake booster that
never works, has the old style carb with the rubber diaphram that rips,
needs brake work? plan on spending lots $$, lose the rims - they are
ugleeee.
