What tires to buy for my 600 sedan?

I was wondering what was the tire of choice for these little cars?
Kumho Power Star 758 in 145/80TR10? Is Tire Rack the best source for
these?

At one time the tire rack also had a Yokohama A008 in size 165-70-10. I don't know if they are still available or which is best. Maybe someone else can address that one.
I have a similar but separate question. A few years ago, I saw an article about the use of 13" rims from a Chevy Vega or a Pontiac Astra using low profile tires. These rims are difficult to find and I was wondering if anyone has other options for some nice looking factory rims and what size tires would work the best to keep the same height as the orginal 10" tires.

Thanks for the info! This site offers three brands of tires in that
165-70-10 size. Yokohama, Camac and Falken. Of course they are much
more expensive than the Kumho tires.

By the way, Tire Rack still carries those Yokohamas. Currently they
are $77 each. I guess I need to evaluate my goals on my project car
before ordering. Hmmm.
