I believe that makes ALL 2-cyl. Hondas smog exempt because of their age.
As far as I know, the last year they sold 2-cyl cars here was 1972.

I don't see any mention of engine size on that page, or on the other pages I read.
There is a company called ZAP that has started selling European SMART cars that have 600cc
engines, and one of the biggest problems they have run into is the California smog rules.
They are still not selling the cars here in CA for that reason.
As far as the other states are concerned, Doesn't CA have the strictest emissions rules?
So... If they're exempt here they're probably also exempt in the other 49, right?
Anyway, your state's DMV website can verify that.
