Honda Z GT 5 speed trans.
Can this be use on a Honda Z 600, or maybe the transfer the gears into the US trans.?

Re: Honda Z GT 5 speed trans.
The Z GT 5 speed trans was used on the 360cc Life liquid cooled cars.
The transmission is mounted external to the engine like a Civic. When
I had a Z360 Automatic and dreamed of finding the 5 speed trans for
it, sold that car 20 years ago. The engine is same or similar to the
EM5000 360cc generator that was sold here in the USA.

Hi Miles
I have the Life 360cc liquid cooled but it doesn't have a 5 speed
transmission but 4 speed.
It is the little copy of Civic SB1 transmission.

What starter was used on the Life engine?
Was it the civic starter or a special that just fit the Life engine?

Re: Honda Z GT 5 speed trans.
Hi Jochen
I have bought the 360 liquid cooled car "Life" from the first italian importer toghether a S600, Vamos and Accord CVCC.
The N500 is a my project made by the N360 engine bored to 500cc with N600 pistons, Carillo rods and a special modify of the head for the twin CR 35mm carburetors.
