Honda Civic some years/engine sizes also had 74mm pistons, but the
ring heights were different and the wrist pin location & diameter are
wrong.
The only pistons I found that have the wrist pin in correct location
and of correct pin diameter is Geo Metro with 993cc engine. The
problem is the top is dished out instead of domed, so the compression
would be too low to run. I have a pair of New 4th oversize OEM
pistons I may eBay pretty soon.
