Hi folks.
I have an N600. I had a new muffler put in the car last year when I
purchased. The guy had a heck of time finding something to fit but did
find a muffler and put on a custom pipe that looks quite good. He
initially put a "baffle" I think he called it, in the end of the tail
pipe. This was made up of welded washers with steel wool in
between. While this made the car quite a bit quieter, it made it so it had
very little power. I had him remove that to get the power back and as a
result the car is louder.
My family does not like riding in it because of the noise.
Does anyone know specific mufflers that will work in an N600 and that are
VERY quiet? I was at the mini/micro car show this weekend in Brookline,
MA. I was probably the loudest car there!
