front wheel bearings, removal and replacement

OK kids, who's got a nice pleasant way to remove and
replace the wheel bearings on my '67 RL411. they are
the separate replaceable bearing race type. esentially
my question is, do I press the races in by cranking
the hub nut down or do I use a press, or what?
