Stock 17mm wrist pins are discontinued at the Honda Auto Dealer, but
you can get a decent replacement item at your local Honda Motorcycle
Dealer. Retail price is $14.98, they are slightly shorter than the
600 car (like 1/8"). They fit Honda CB500T made around 1975 Part #
13111-283-000.
1993 Geo Metro 993cc cars also have 74mm pistons, the wrist pin is in
correct location, but the piston top is inverted instead of domed.
This would lower your compression, but I guess if you are running a
supercharger or Turbo, that would be preferred. Wrist pins are also
17mm but are lots shorter.
