saw twin carb pics on this site what is the history on this part?????

as far as i know that is a rare option only available
in Europe. I beleive it developed 60 HP. Since the
head contains part of the intake manifold you would
need not only the two carbs but the entire head
assembly as well. there was a guy in San Luis Obispo a
couple years back who sold an entire two carb engine
on ebay for $800, it had been sitting outside for many
many years. Good luck finding one.
