engine puts added stresses on the 3.3 quarts of oil i
figure it couldn't hurt to use it since synthetic has
better heat dissapating properties and far better
thermal protection and lubrcation. My rings are nice
and tight so i don't leak it or burn it. since i
switched it runs smoother with a little more power.
since the tranny and dif use the same oil and the
synthetic oil has a thinner viscosity the engine and
gears have an easier time moving through it. I know
nay sayers out there insisnt this is all fluff, but it
made a difference to me. As for additives I've always
heard they aren't neccesary unless you are trying to
make a pretty much shot engine stop smoking. Hope this
helps!
