I recently bought a set of aftermarket 10" wheels that required large,
tapered lug nuts. I found them at atvgear.com. They also have
flat-bottomed lug nuts (for Posi-tractions?). The lug nuts are 1.5 thread
so you have to switch to the Metro studs (get from Miles).

Re: 10mm lug nut info
The Geo has 10x1.25mm threads, the Honda 600 has the 1.5mm threads.
You can get the Geo studs at most part stores, cost about $3.00ea. I
got a set of the large acorn 10mm nuts at a tire store, I think the
complete set was $40 or $45.00. The larger nuts use a 21mm socket and
are about 35mm tall.
