I think i found the problem why my z600 will barely hold an idle. I ran a compression test about 2 years ago and each cylinder clocked in at 100psi.
Since i can barely keep it running, i ran a compression test again and each cylinder is clocking in at 65psi. Its not burning oil, so im thinking it could be worn valve seats in the cylinder head? Your thoughts are appreciated

Low compression
Re: Low compression
I could be wrong but if both clocked in at 100 than 65, I would think you have a head gasket leak between the two cyl, if they are the same
