Rubber Seals

OK, guys, I am revisiting my Honda Sedan Project. I have the engine and brakes almost sorted out, bought new tires powder coated my wheels. I contacted Kevin about a new windshield rubber. A friend is going to work on a new carpet for me. I even clay barred the entire car just for the hell of it.
Now I would like to replace the almost non-existing rubber seals for the doors and rear quarter windows, what are you guys using?
One of the Subaru 360 Club people told me they found aftermarket RV rubber worked well for their 360 car but that was years ago.

This is the door channel wex. They are rubber like originals, so just cut the back side for the corners leaving the front edge looking like it was never cut.
