I used a small drill bit and was able to drill it out to the point where it became unfrozen then just used a new one.   Miles used to make new ones otherwise u can probably get one used somewhere.

I just rebuilt my brake booster a month ago. The #4 piston was stuck. So I drilled and tapped it for a 4-40 screw  3/16" deep. Heated the body and pulled it out. The hole has no effect on the piston so I re-used it. Make sure all seals and o-rings are replaced. Also check the #1 pistons for pitting, then repair or replace them. These booster units are pretty complex.

I use a bucket of clear water and let them set for a day then close up all the holes and use compressed air in one of the end bolt holes to blow it out into a bag (so it doesn't bounce off the garage door - been there) with 125 psi.  Works every time.
And some times the seals are still good to re use, but the cylinder normally has to be sleeved.

I couldn't open your attached pictures, but is this the Sedan at the
Auction?
This car is a good start, but with issues.
