I've seen them sell for 14-17k.  I wish I would have been one of those people to get that kinda money. Most of the time it's 2-6k is more realistic amount that I usually see.

The current N.A.D.A. classic car appraisal guide has the 1970 Honda 600 Sedan is $11,050.00 in excellent over all condition, needing no reconditioning.  Which I believe this car is correctly priced at 9,000.00.  In the pictures provided there is some wear and admittedly the radio does not work. The side marker lenses are faded.   The seat material is original from the pictures but the design is not what was used on the Honda 600 Sedan built having chassis numbers which fall from/to 1020209 through 1033851.  The design or pattern is straight for this series of Sedan not angled as these are.  These are original seats but for a car built after March 1971.  This is when all sedans were available with full synchro, the seat pattern changed as did the air box horn, the fan housing, the fin design and the list goes on for this date change Honda made.  These seats may have been in the car when the owner purchased it because the early seats had a rubber diaphragm under the foam and they gave out and these have springs.  Even the steering wheel is for a later model Sedan, it should have the single horn button and not the wings.  The early steering wheel is part number 53100-568-600 and the later one is part number 53110-568-600.  Honda had the later number in the August 1972 parts manual, where the October 1977 parts manual has only the early number so we could go back and forth on that one.  But a parts manual from England shows not only these two but two other sedan steering wheels that could be ordered if you had the numbers.
DON'T GET ME WRONG, this is a nice car and worthy of accolades, but from a judging point of view, these are things that will stand out in a judged event.
I don't have original material on the seats in my cars, can't get it.  But the design (pattern) is correct for the build date/chassis number.    I have not seen the rest of the pictures of the car, does anyone have them?

Yes.   Several years ago, the Ed Roth (Big Daddy Roth) N600 sold for 56K.  Same car went on the block a year or two later for 35 ish?  The provenance was very expensive.
Two months ago, the N600 from the Bruce Weiner Museum sold for IIRC 20k.
Now, prices have been rising (I used to get parts cars for $200 easy).  So it could happen.
