Took Delivery of my 72 Z600 yesterday!!!

Yesterday i took delivery of my Z600. I bought it over the internet from a guy in portland who got it out of a storage unit from the original owner. Its been sitting in storage since 1980.
I still haven't seen the car in person but had it taken to Mark at MPH specialties in portland to be inspected and worked on. Hope to have it running by the end of the week if all goes well. I live in Milwaukee WI and will have the car shipped back to me over the next few weeks. I travel extensively for work so i won't actually see the car until july in person most likely. Hopefully ill have it on the road come mid-late august.
He was very impressed by the condition and also said he has never seen one with the original muffler still intact and not rusted out.
A little about the car.
it was purchased new in 1972 in oregon and driven till 1980 when it was put into storage by the original owner. it wasn't taken out till this december and was to be a project car by the person I bought it from. He decided he wanted a convertible to restore instead and i purchased it from him. So i guess I'm the 3rd owner but the 2nd had it only 4 months and never tried to get it running really. it has all original paint. i originally thought it was 100% original but later found out it has had some engine work done and it currently has a sedan engine installed. This saddened me a bit but im over it and moving forward. At some point i will change at least the cam housing and valve cover over to make it look correct and make the tach work. It needs some work but should back on the road soon. ill keep everyone updated.
