Does anybody have a photo showing the rectifier in place along with the wires going through for the passenger side headlight? I had to remove them to do some welding in that area and now I don't remember exactly how they were in the first place.
Thanks,
Tom
rectifier for 73 Sedan
Re: rectifier for 73 Sedan
Hi Tom,
Regarding the rectifier, take a look at the Honda Sedan Shop Manual .... page 17-19 for a picture of the rectifier. While the rectifier did mount under the battery tray on the coupe, I have never seen it this way on a sedan. I have always seen the rectifier mounted near the front wheel well below the battery tray. In the same area where the front bumper rails mount to the chassis.
Do you have a Honda 600 sedan? I did not know Honda made a 1973 Honda 600. I thought all 1973 Honda sedans were the Civic 1200 (with the 1173 cc engine).
good luck,
Dale
PS I thought the blue & white sedan shop manual was at Steve's site but I did not see it when I quickly looked. If you don't have the sedan shop manual, hopefully, someone on this board will point you to where it is located online.

Re: rectifier for 73 Sedan
The Big Blue Shop Manual has it's own page, gotten to from the "main" manuals page...
