mission impossible

Post by T W S »

For anyone thats interested, i acquired my donor car for my Frankenstien Z600. i just brought home a 96 Geo Metro last night. i got all the fenders bumpers doors hood and trunk off and i cut the back of the car behind the wheel wells off(and i might add-a sawsall is a real amazing tool!) Tommorrow if it doesnt rain ill shorten the length of the Geo to match the length of the Z's spindels front to rear. Really gonna be rough to try to shorten the width of the car. But im on it . . . if i can pull this off its even gonna have cold A/C! .. . . wish me luck . . . .

heh heh heh. Ive really been wanting to do something like this for a year now. the Z600 is so rusted out theres really no way to bring it back to life other than grafting another running gear onto the bottom of it. It is really a good opportunity to experiment. i was able to get the Metro for $200 and i can get the money out of the doors and hood and trunk and catylitic converter. so its a wash anyways. i dont have a digital camara, so when i get the  pics developed i can post them.
