Need some opinions

Hi All,
I decided to dive farther into my engine and remove the cylinders to
install a new gasket and I dont like the look of the timing chain
rollers or guide rail.
For those that have more experience on these could you look at my
pictures and tell me if this is just typical wear or if these are need
of replacing?
If these are too bad is there anyone with some good used ones and if
the lower roller is also too bad do the engine cases have to be split
to replace this?
