N600 Shell

Post by shdunnnm »

Hi group. I'm cross posting this in both the 2CYL group and the ANZ
group.
I purchased three Honda N600's a few months back so that I can have
enough parts to restore one. The first line of duty for me was to
totally strip one of the cars so that I can keep all the parts yet
have room in my shop to actually do some work.
I'm nearly through stripping one of the N's. In about a week I will
be able to have time to remove the steering rack, front suspension,
and the rear suspension, then the car will be nothing but a shell. By
shell I mean no powertrain, no glass, no suspension/wheels, no
headliner, no dash, no wiring harness - nothing but the unibody.
I am telling you all of this because if anyone wants the unibody, they
can come get it for free once I'm done stripping it. I'll leave this
offer on the table for a few weeks, and if nobody takes it, it's off
to Newell Recycling.
I'll take pictures and post a link to them once I have completely
stripped the car. I will be including the hood with the car, but
without the hinges. The hood may be salvagable, but it does have
rust. This unibody has lots of rust, but also lots of good panels.
The car has a beautiful roof skin and floorboards/floor pans. The
rust is very bad in the rocker panel area and in the front
valance/headlight area.
Anyhow, I'm just feeling the market out right now. If you want it,
you've got to arrange the pickup. The car is located in Sharpsburg,
GA, which is about 30 minutes south of Atlanta. If you are
interested, either reply to this post or email me direct @
daxifus@....
Thanks,
Matt
