I reckon this is the left front side marker base for sedan,or the left
front and right rear on coupe!

Riceburner is correct; the part is a base to the left front of both
Sedan and Coupe as well as the right rear on the coupe. The small
opening at its base for water drainage identifies this part for the
areas as stated above.
