Helicoil size?

What size or type of helicoil would I use for the cam conver bolts?

10mm 1.0 pitch, for one of the 4 bolts that hold the cover in place.

That should read 6mm x 1.0 pitch!!!  10mm is the sixe of the bolt head!!!
