Well, I don't know what I was thinking. The small wire that attaches to the
center-top of the solenoid is NOT going to the 45 AMP fuse as I illustrated.
It disappears into the harness behind the battery (heading to the starter
switch?), and it IS black with a white stripe, as has been mentioned here.
The wire to the 45 amp fuse is coming off the positive battery terminal
cable, from the clamp at the battery.
So I guess the wiring is correct; I just described it incorrectly. Maybe I
can claim it was a trick question...
