hi guys,
well, it's official...
i am an owner!
tan AN600...
interior is ok...seats need new covers
prolly needs new weather stripping.
body is straight, no rust.
just had car tuned up,
gas tank reconditioned w/ new pump & sender.
i still have to go pick it up,
it's a ways away (2+ hours) so i'll prolly tow it,
since i'm unfamiliar w/ the car.
so i need dimensions in order to decide the best way to get it home.
flat bed trailer (smallest flatty Uhaul?), tow dolly (standard Uhaul
one's prolly too wide),
or bed of truck (i know, i know, BAD. but if it fits in a 96 Chevy
full-size bed, why not?).
here's what i'm looking for:
- wheel base
- track width (front & rear)
- actual max bumper to bumper length
- actual max width (body)
- average/approx ride height (from ground to rocker panel)
that should do it.
this is my first 2-cyl Honda....
anything i should look for or check before i start driving it around?
any tips?
Thanks tons!

Re: N600 dimensions?
Hi rent a tow dolly from Uhall for about 30 bucks.
Attach it to your truck
Put the honda on your ins for a day they will write you a card and
not even send in the paper work I 'v done it
Now go to the dmv and get a transit plate and tell them where it is
going to and from.
I got a transit plate last year for 12 bucks here in Maine
I wish you the best and let me know how it goes.
I strongly sugest avoidind the bothe of putting a vehicle in the bed
of your truck. Is it leagle I think not
what happens if it bounces around?
you could hurt your honda and a others

Re: N600 dimensions?
They will fit on a 5 X 10, but overhang about 5 inches, on the back. Fit great on a 6 X 12. I towed mine from Denver to Missouri on a U-haul 6 X 12. They are to small for a car dolly.

Re: N600 dimensions?
Wierd U haull would not let me put mine on a 6x12 they said it was
not legal and that my car would bounde around
I was perhaps better off with the tow dolly what with the step hills
I had to go up.
It should fit on a two dolly mine did even afte I went back and said
it did not thet said it did and it was adjustable and I got my car on
fine
