There are several places that will restore your seat belts to like new condition, the question is how new do you want them?

Johnny;
Go to
www.ssnake-oyl.com , they are a highly rated company in seat belt restorations.   Go to
http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/mm5/merchant. ... D_SEAT_CAT
speaks to both driver quality and Show quality restorations.

The "click it or ticket" program promoted by law enforcement is backed by federal funding which means......if your model of car was originally equipped with seat belts,  you must wear them or risk receiving a citation.
The Honda 600 vehicles were equipped with lap belts and shoulder harness.
Both must be installed...either original equipment or updated safety equipment.  It's the law in all 50 states.
good luck,
Dale

That may be true, but he should not need them for inspection.
