The rim size should stamped on the rim. If not, probably 4 1/2J.

look for a safety bead on the wheel inside lip where the tire bead rides. keeps the tire from falling off the wheel when it's deflated.
wheels with a safety bead can run tubeless.

I personally do not know others driving habits, but as far as my Honda 600 Coupe it only gets driven about 250 miles a year and always below 50 MPH. I doubt using a tube would have any ill effects.

Interesting advice as all AZ600s came with radial tires and radial tubes. Sedans had an optional radial tire and also had radial tubes. What is your rational for that advice?

it will it dont matter how fast u go do not do that I know it blow up on u it did on me do not use tubes in those tires u will be sorry and it will not balance well with the tubs those tubes was for bias ply tires not radial tire I been running 1000,00 miles on tubeless and I don't drive slow i drive 65 mph never had issue I drive lots highways in AZ I 40 to kingman and Lake Havasu city AZ

IIRC radial tires run at a higher temperature. Therefore, the tubes have to be radial rated (yes, they are different).

See attached!! In 1972 I bought a new AZ600 which had Bridgestone radials with radial tubes which I wore out and replaced with Michelin radials with radial tubes and traded it in with 96,000 miles on it in 1978. I drove hard and fast for all those miles with no tire problems ever. The attached photo are of the tubes I put in my restored AZ600 Camac radial tires, literally today all five of them.
If you want safe motoring, take care of tire pressure, dont worry about the tubes.
