PLEASE, take lots of pictures and write a detailed article for those of us that are all thumbs.  Would really like to convert mine also.  Seems the carberator is a constant problem especially when it sits as much as mine does.  Fuel Injection never seems to be as much of problem after sitting.  GOOD LUCK!

I certainly intend to take pics and write up an article on the subject, the high pressure pump and fuel return are done its which throttle body and injector size i would like some idea on, if anyone has done it already it would save me some time any help would be appreciated.

I have on my N600. The link will show some detail. I got my kit from DIYAutotune. Made my own trigger wheel. The throttle body is from a Geo. The coil if from a GM coil pack. The fuel pump is from a BMW external. I used (2) stock N600 fuel lines and my tank is home made. You need a line out a vent and a return line. The ECU is  a MS2 so I can adjust the timing  and fuel.

Thanks David for the info is yours the youtube video i found (after much searching) with the basic coding being done? i think a Geo in the UK is a Suzuki Swift, do you know what size the injector is in cc/min? and are you using crank plus cam signal or just crank signal? the fuel return and BMW (nice unit!) fuel pump are already fitted along with a pwm power supply plus rising rate fuel pressure controller i am going to use an MS1 v3 for single point injection plus wasted spark ignition thanks for your help.

I am using TunerStudio software and i set the gal/sec at 7.56. I actually ran the car with a carb and the MS2 ran the timing for a few months. I have a 36 tooth wheel 1 missing tooth, mounted in place of the thick washer on the crank pulley. It is 4" in diameter. Nothing on the cam. I plan on putting a fuel pressure regulator on the set up because the engine runs much smoother with when it is lean on fuel from the source. The Geo was famous for being over fueled/running rich.
