Sedan dashboard ideas?

I am putting new vinyl over the dash cover on my sedan and wondered if anyone had any of the plastic inserts that go into the handles on the dash? Mine are both trashed... I am not concerned about perfect factory appearance so if anyone has any ideas or good substitutions just to make it clean-looking, I would appreciate it!

Ray Cave usually has a few inserts listed on eBay. That's where I got mine. I then shot them with Landau Black vinyl paint from Eastwood's. They look really close to perfect.
