Good morning.  I wish to change the bulb for the center console 'spotlight'.  Do I need to remove the console to do this?

Look at the parts catalog, page 3-20 for an exploded view of the console.� It looks like the white panel pops off, revealing screws around the spotlight.� Remove them to get to the bulb underneath.
