Valve timing change for the N600 from 1969 to 1970 ? Fuel related ?

1969 1970
Inlet valve: open B.T.D.C. 0 5 Degrees
close A.B.D.C. 40 20 Degrees
Exhaust valve: open B.B.D.C. 40 40 Degrees
close A.T.D.C. 0 10 Degrees

This is probably the zero overlap cam from the Hawaii and European 45HP models.
(Zero overlap = higher compression, plus I think they had more duration . . . )
