Right you are, the exterior respray is not the correct blue.  Neither is the Civic wheel caps or the ??? where the brake booster should be.  No doubt there's some more mods made.
A good looking car.

Which I have done with mine, and it works well.
However, is there any after market alternative one could install as a replacement to the original brake booster in case more braking power is desired? (Yes, I know it wouldn't look right, but...)

The blue looks a shade off, but it could be the sun.  Radio delete, cool, power booster delete, not so cool.  But a good start.

That " thing " under the hood where the booster should be looks like a proportioning valve. It is used to divide brake fluid flow between the front
and rear brakes.  I've only seen them on cars with power brake systems til now.

Looks like metallic blue to me, missing booster, Civic hub caps, carpets look to be plush pile instead of loop, bad chrome on door handles? painted black, black mirror should be body color, rusty center rear bumper, missing license plate bracket in front, missing clutch pedal pad. But why are we picking this car apart?
Who ever buys it, give it a good once over and listen to the mechanicals.

Well it looks better in the picture than in person.  The body has had some bondo work to the left rear quarter and behind rear wheels.  The only things that looked any good was the seats and carpets.  The rest of the body has seen better days.  Looks like engine has been apart and looked to be put back together with correct hardware.
I didn’t see about starting it as I was not interested in it for the asking price and body appearance.
