How many would like to have new, original looking dash caps for their Sedan
and/or Coupe dash? Depending on the number we can get affordable thin
plastic caps to cover that sun and age damaged dash in your Honda 600.
Is there interest?

Re: Honda 600 dash caps
I would be interested Bill. I really, really would like to get back
to finishing my 72 N600 Sedan this winter. A little mminor motor
work, brake work and a new paint job and it'll be ready. I have not
driven it in two years and I miss driving my car.

Re: [anzhonda600owners] Honda 600 dash caps
I see there is some interest;
So let me go a bit further. A dash cap is just that, a thin sheet of
plastic formed on a mold to exactly duplicate the outer appearance of the
dash. When it arrives it will already have been tested on a dash provided
by us to help the company make the best product it can. The dash-cap comes
with its own adhesive and they give very good instructions with the product.
After they receive our two dashes we want to have them use to make our caps
we decide how much of the dash we need to have capped. Most Honda dashes
are good where the sun doesn't shine so making them to meet the need of most
is the best way to do the job. Since removing the radio, glove box door and
gages is really simple for the Honda 600 Sedan and Coupe, a dash-cap could
cover into these areas to make it look just like new. But this would bring
the price up too. I will say that we need 20 buyers for each dash and I am
looking at a cost including shipping at around $100.00 each for the Coupe
and less for the Sedan. The handle caps for the Sedan can also be made but
that would be an extra cost.
Not to get to far off the subject but this would also be a good time to
look at reproducing the rear seat lock covers and the cover for the tail
lights on the Coupe.
Now, again, how many do I have who still want to get in on the deal. If you
don't like sending things over the group site give me one at my e-mail
at billmyong@.... And, I must say this that I will have to
collect deposits before moving forward.

Bill
I also am interested in the Dash caps. I may need a couple, but for sure I will need one for my Sedan that I am restoring. The pull handles? are messed up on mine, too, so if there will be a way to fix that, I would be interested.
Keep me informed, and when the time comes let me know about the deposits.
Thanks, Robert

Re: Honda 600 dash caps
You can add me to your list for the das Cap for my son's 600 Sedan. Thank you for thinking of the rest of us.
