71 N600 for restoration or parts in Saint Paul MN

1971 N600 that has been parked outdoors for the better part of 20
years. To the best of my knowledge it is complete. I was told it
was parked because of a fuel delivery problem, since then its
acquired allot more issues. I'd rather see it go to someone who is
restoring one of would like to then junk it. Make me an offer.
