I am just starting out in my restoration and have a few questions.
My negative battery cable needs to be replaced and I think it had
been messed with before. What is the proper size and route the cable
takes? I have one part starting at the battery, then to a holder
under the coil, with an end loose and another small cable from the
coil to the lower valve cover.
Is the paint code on the vehicle somewhere?
The breather port on the valve cover has nothing attached, does this
T off in the vac line from the manifold to the brake booster?
The master brake cylinder connects Hydraulic only to another cylinder
looking device with what appears to be a brake booster. Is this
right?
Thanks in advance

Re: 600 sedan questions
The battery cable goes from battery to tab under coil to valve cover bolt, should just be one cable not two. I don't think there is a paint code on the car. The breather port has a tube that goes to the air cleaner. Your brake setup sounds right.
