mystery window sticker

Please have a look at this picture of a window sticker on my Coupe, on the windshield. Anyone have an idea what it means? And what is that serial number?

looks like you got a new NOS windshield at one time, and that's the part number sticker.

I bet it's a parking permit from a Honda employee back in the 70's.
That's the logo used on old Honda motorcycles. That's not a part
number. Honda only ever had the long number or the 5 digit H/C (Honda
Code) numbers. The only other window decal that Honda put on the cars
was the H OK decals placed on the left quarter windows on sedans.
