I would think that collectors in Japan would be repatriating every 600 they can from the USA, considering that they are relatively cheap here. Too bad 360's aren't really here at all in any great numbers. Were other makes and models listed in that book going for more than one could find them here? I see Subaru 360s can be cheap here too:

Now you got me thinking about what Honda 600s go for on japanese sites. I looked for an "ebay japan"; it seems there isn't any, though it seems there once was such a site. I did find another auction site there, however.
I couldn't find any cars for sale, but a few toys and other bits. Here is the page of one of them, hopefully translated into bad English...

I work at a classic car dealership in the
Los Angeles area, and my boss and I both speak Japanese. He just returned from a trip to Japan, where he was making connections to import to the US some rare and unusual Japanese market cars. He brought back a monthly publication, sort of like our Auto Trader, where there are tons of early model Japanese market cars, including an early 70s model N360 with A/T for 220,000 yen, about $20,000 or so. Big Bucks!!! I also spotted a Z360 GT for about the same price.
