Coupe hatch glass question

Post by mterrens »

How should the glass be affixed to the plastic hatch on the Coupe?
Mine looks like someone used a caulk gun and some silicone to install it.
There is no chrome trim - should there be?  There is nothing mechanical holding the glass - only silicone.  What can I do to improve this situation, if anything?  Does anyone have a good picture of a "proper" hatch?

Hi Steven;
    The right had driven cars are popular in countries that have right hand driven cars, they are much like left hand driven cars here.  Are there many left?  No, unlike here they discard them after only a few years, so there numbers are very few.  But there is growing collector car clubs in Japan but with the water cooled version of the 360 called the Honda Life.  Miles said he had one over here.  Not many of them in the USA.
