Are the 2 bushings for torsion bar still available? If not, what can
be used for a substitute?

Not available from Honda, but a couple alternatives. If you have
patience and are crafty you can get 2 Urethane bushings for $7.00.
They come with 2 brackets which must be modified to fit the subframe.
The sway bar on the sedan is 14mm, the coupe seems to be 15mm, the
above bushings are 9/16" (close to 14mm) available from Kragen or
other parts stores. Made by McQuay-Norris part # HB 1601 or FA1646,
you get 2 bushings & 2 brackets.
Bill Colford makes a nice repro bush, I think price is around $43ea.
I had a bunch of OEM bushings, they were good when I got them, but
years later they all turned to mush just sitting in the package.
